Spot on! A successful Business Trip is all about preparation and making an effort to be good, without simply giving in to temptation and worrying about the excesses on your return home. A few small changes to your business lifestyle will reap great rewards and make you feel far better afterwards.

I actually get my travelling clients to fit in an effective hotel room workout, which only takes them 5-10 minutes, but really sets them up for the day, before having a shower.

Making exercise and better eating a regular part of your business trips will make a big difference to how you look and feel and how others perceive you.

After all, first impressions are very important when doing business!
