Six Weeks to a Six Pack

I have always been a fan of the Abs Diet.  The program concentrates on strengthing your abdominal muscles while letting you eat six times a day (to boost metabolism and burn fat).  Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon not only the Abs Diet for women but a whole site on Women’s Health dedicated to it. 

The site gives you a meal plan and workout to stick to.  The best part (besides eating all day) is you can download the workout straight to your ipod.  Its like a personal trainer in your pocket.  Perfect for those of us that go to the gym wanting to use the stability ball but have no idea how.
