Low carb Italian beef recipe

here’s a recipe for low carb Italian beef.

5lbs beef roast
1/2 jar pepperchinni
5 cloves garlic
1 sm package fresh basil
2 tsp salt

put all of this in a crockpot or a saucepan over low heat and cook for at least three hours. shred with tongs or a fork. Your non low carb friends can eat it on a baguette or rye bread.
