I got home from work today and I was feeling pretty lazy. I plopped down on the couch and grabbed the remote. I looked to my right and saw the rowing machine staring at me. I didn’t want to get on it, but I had felt that way yesterday and the day before too.
I half heartedly strapped my feet in and began to row.
I only expected to do 10 minutes but I kept pushing and cranked out a full twenty. I actually felt better.
I guess the trick is to just do it. exercise invigorates the mind and body, or so they say…I do actually feel a bit more energetic.
get out there and get on it.
