9/03/08 – morning weigh in at 135
9/04/08 – 15 min on the treadclimber (186 calories burned), yoga
9/09/08 – power pump, why do i keep doing this
9/30/08 – 1.62 mile jog
10/1/08 – weigh in at 131.4
10/20/08 – treadclimer for 27 min, 300 calories burned
