Back On Track

With 9 weeks left until I venture off to Costa Rica and a little over 10 weeks til the next Dixson nupitals I decided it was time to get back on track with my workout routine.  Spare me the new years resolutions… I think any day is a good day to start a new habit.  My motivation came on a random Tuesday, 13 days into the new year.  Of course I have been telling myself I would start working out again, that I had so many reasons to get fit, that I was seriously letting myself go… but that wasn’t enough to actually get me out the door.  I’m not sure what it was that finally got me to the gym.  I do know that the experience was actually enjoyable and once again I kicked myself for dreading/putting it off for so long.

Don’t stress about planning it out and scheduling when you are going to start or what you are going to do.  Just do it.
